The Office Coordinator for Employee Health Services provides a broad range of support within the department.

Proficient in such responsibilities as receiving and screening phone calls and visitors, maintaining files, data entry in to record systems, preparation of department communication, creation of reports and routine correspondence. Assists employee health nurses with specialty clinic services; Includes fit testing, influenza clinics, etc. This position deals with extremely confidential and sensitive information.

• 1-2 years medical office clerical/secretarial experience (preferred)
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in written and verbal form.

Pay Range: $21.04 - $31.58
