Coordinator, Employee Health Position Summary
The Office Coordinator for Employee Health Services provides a broad range of support within the department.
Responsibilities
Proficient in such responsibilities as receiving and screening phone calls and visitors, maintaining files, data entry in to record systems, preparation of department communication, creation of reports and routine correspondence. Assists employee health nurses with specialty clinic services; Includes fit testing, influenza clinics, etc. This position deals with extremely confidential and sensitive information.
The Office Coordinator Employee Health Per Diem Days candidate will possess the following education, licenses/ certifications, and experience: Minimum Requirements / Work Experience
1-2 years medical office clerical/secretarial experience (preferred)
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in written and verbal form.

Pay Range: $21.04 - $31.58 Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee�s qualifications and experience.
