Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the General Counsel of Omni Family Health (OFH) is responsible for the provision and management of the legal services and affairs of a growing network of state-of-the-art health centers located throughout the southern San Joaquin Valley of California, in Kern, Kings, Tulare and Fresno counties. Responsibilities include assessing and managing business and legal risks, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts with providers, landlords, vendors, and financial institutions, and providing guidance on regulatory and compliance issues, employment and other healthcare regulations.
