Located on the central coast of California, Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories is seeking experienced Clinical Lab Scientists to join our team in several areas. Working 10-hour shifts in our lab, you will perform both routine and specialized laboratory tests, as well as participate in proficiency testing and identification of outliers (non-conformance events). In addition, you will supervise and instruct students, trainees, non-licensed and new personnel, especially in checking tests for their accuracy and validity.
$5,000 sign-on bonus in addition to relocation and rental assistance available!
Clinical Lab Scientist Core Clinical Lab (full-time, 10-hour day shifts)
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical or biological science
Licensed in California as a clinical laboratory scientist or clinical laboratory bioanalyst
MT (ASCP) certification preferred
Functional experience with common laboratory analyzers and laboratory computer systems
1 year of demonstrated achievement in CLS competencies
