This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, managing all assigned position requisitions/requests for recruiting. This position will be responsible for recruiting Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, Licensed Mental Health providers and management level positions. This includes sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers to identify candidates, conducting initial screening of applicants, setting up interviews and assisting hiring managers with hiring decisions.
Minimum of two (2) years in a staffing or full-cycle recruiting role is required.
Minimum of two (2) years sourcing and recruiting Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians is required.
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,) and candidate tracking systems is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively required.
Communicate effectively in person or via telephone in a manner which can be understood by those with whom the person is speaking, including a diverse population is required.
Give and follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail and accuracy.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Excellent organization, time management and follow-up skills; high sense of urgency; demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects concurrently; ability to work independently.
Demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team.
Knowledge of employment law and employment resources.
Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work with people of diverse educational, ethnic, and economic backgrounds.
